KPMG supports organizations in becoming more agile and transforming their performance by evolving how people are led, managed, and developed.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, with a strong focus on HR Information Systems (HRIS) and HR technology transformation, supporting them in designing, implementing, and optimizing their HR systems landscape.More specifically, the mission is to support clients in solving complex business challenges in the following domains:HR technology and HRIS transformation, with a strong focus on Workday (HCM modules); HR process design and optimization, enabled by digital HR platforms; Data-driven HR and reporting capabilities within HR systems; Broader HR transformation topics (e.G. operating model, workforce transformation).You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, translate them into HRIS solutions, and build long-term, trusted client relationships.Individual initiative and ambition contribute directly to KPMG's success.
