Role requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a blend of leadership, commercial insight, and a passion for luxury fashion. Armani are looking for someone who:
* Has several years of experience in retail sales, ideally with previous shop management experience
* Is a confident people manager with strong communication and coaching skills
* Is results-driven, decisive, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
* Has excellent planning and organisational abilities, including scheduling and stock management
* Is fluent in Dutch, French, and English, with a flexible attitude toward working hours, including weekends
