Our client, a leading organization in the public legal sector, is looking for a professional to oversee the operational management of a large-scale case management program. The role focuses on delivering multiple critical projects while ensuring alignment with strategic governance and technical roadmaps.
Responsibilities
* Lead the operational management of one or more projects, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate cross‑functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, ICT professionals, and external partners.
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
* Deliver comprehensive progress reports to steering committees and management bodies.
* Ensure the high quality of deliverables while strictly adhering to established deadlines.
* Align project objectives with the overall roadmap and maintain stakeholder engagement.
* Contribute to the continuous optimization of internal project management practices.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in IT project management.
* Knowledge of project methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, and PMO frameworks.
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise platforms.
* Familiarity with backend development environments involving .NET.
* Experience navigating complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
* Strong analytical skills and a structured mindset.
* Proactive and solution‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in Dutch or French with active knowledge of English.
Nice to Haves
* Experience in the public sector or justice domain.
* Knowledge of case management systems.
* Experience in digital transformation programs.
* Willingness to obtain PM2 certification.
