* Oversee and manage the termination of contracts, ensuring legal compliance and minimizing risk
* Provide legal support on customer-facing matters, including disputes, claims, and communications
* Review and validate marketing claims to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory standards
* Draft, negotiate, and review contracts with third-party vendors and partners
* Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure legal alignment across operations
* Qualified legal professional with 5+ years of experience in contract law, preferably in B2C environments
* Strong understanding of consumer law, advertising regulations, and commercial contracts
* Experience in customer-facing legal matters and dispute resolution
* Fluent in Dutch
Interesting assignment of minimum 6 months. Please note that the first month of assignment will be part-time. After the assignment will be 3 or 4 days a week depending on the experience of the profile.
