About the squad:
Join the ".Net Application Integration Services" squad, consisting of 1 Product Owner, 1 Scrum Master, and 10 developers.
We manage several products on-premise, in Private and Public Cloud, mainly including:
1. Specific C# .Net Libraries delivered as NuGet
2. Security token services for Web based, API and Message based applications
3. Cloud resources, middleware (runtime, hosting), Service Mesh…
Our main collaborators are Euroclear software developers, system administrators, and solution prioritize integration, solving, and optimization to ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability. We also collaborate with security teams to implement vital security measures and ensure data protection.
About the role:
As a developer in our squad, you will focus on DevOps:
4. Subject Matter Expert for .Net framework
5. Analyze requirements and solutions, design, implement, and integrate our products.
6. Drive and contribute to Application Change in a regulated IT organisation
Responsibilities:
7. Familiarize yourself with our products and acquire a T-Shaped skills
8. Maintain .Net framework configuration, technical security baseline and be a great partner with Microsoft for incident and advisory cases
9. Manage and optimise application configuration
10. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions
11. Fix and resolve issues related to deployment and integration in a timely manner
12. Provide technical guidance and support to our clients
13. Perform thorough testing, monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions
14. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance policies
15. Maintain pragmatic documentation of integration for reference by development teams and partners
Requirements:
16. Integration Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of various integration patterns, approaches, and technologies
17. Web Development: Proficiency in web development technologies and frameworks
18. API Security Integration: Experience in integrating API security measures
19. Security and Compliance: Proficiency in security standard methodologies, encryption, token-based authentication, and compliance requirements (., GDPR)
20. Problem Solving and Fixing: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex integration challenges
21. .Net Application Development: Experience in .Net application development and testing
22. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile practices
23. High experience in Middleware
24. Advanced IT Infrastructure: Security-focused with experience in advanced IT infrastructure
25. Capability to work independently with a strong team approach and a focus on quality
26. Good understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools. Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate various types of risks, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks
Mandatory Skills:
27. Azure hands-on engineering experience in .Net c# Application development, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps
28. Microsoft Security in Windows Server environment, including Kerberos and Active Directory
29. CICD concepts
30. Understanding of PKI concepts and Certificates
31. Experience with Azure services
