Global IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Global IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide second-line support for mission-critical logistics applications, ensuring smooth and time-sensitive movement across international networks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support incident management, problem resolution, and change control
* Assist users with application functionality issues and knowledge sharing
* Analyze and report technical errors in applications
* Participate in emergency incident management, coordinating critical situations with applications
* Monitor application availability and messaging interface interruptions
* Process application configuration requests
* Verify application and messaging testing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
* Participate in on-call scheduling
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrate basic understanding of global DHL Express movement operations (air & ground)
* Prior experience as Field Operations or Service Desk Agent is advantageous
* Affirmative knowledge of Aviation IT Application portfolio
