We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment and help source and attract top IT talent from the external market across multiple business lines. You'll partner closely with senior stakeholders, build strong pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the full recruitment lifecycle (briefing → sourcing → interviews → offer)
* Deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
* Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders and key business partners
* Manage hiring plans and execute effectively across business lines
* Develop sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, social media, and referrals
* Build pipelines by engaging passive candidates and generating referrals
* Advise stakeholders on market trends and compensation
* Support interview and evaluation process design
* Strong organisation and project management across multiple roles
Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
* 5–8 years' recruitment experience (technical, leadership, and IT professional hiring)
* Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and candidates
* Strong creative sourcing capability across multiple channels
* Knowledge of recruiting markets, trends, and compensation
* Excellent Greek and English communication skills (written and verbal)
