Housekeeping Director Position Summary
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping operations.
Main Responsibilities

Key Qualifications
* Proven experience in hotel, resort, or cruise line housekeeping management, preferably with shipboard experience.
* Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including financial management, human resources, and quality assurance.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work positively in a diverse team environment.
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
