Mission
As Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will take ownership of the full recruitment process for internal and external vacancies, mainly focused on IT and legal profiles.
You will also help refine recruitment processes, broaden sourcing strategies, and strengthen the organisation's ability to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
* Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write job descriptions, and determine recruitment strategies.
* Publish vacancies across relevant channels, collaborate with external agencies when needed, and actively source candidates.
* Conduct screenings, organise and participate in interviews (online and on-site), and prepare candidate assessments.
* Draft employment proposals in line with internal remuneration guidelines.
* Monitor recruitment activity through dashboards and regularly report on key metrics.
* Contribute to improving recruitment tools, workflows, and employer branding initiatives.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Communication, Marketing or equivalent experience.
* At least 7 years' experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably with solid exposure to IT recruitment.
* Fluent in Dutch and French, with good command of English.
* Strong communicator, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
* Skilled in using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media) and proficient with Office 365.
* Well-organised and able to handle multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
