We are looking for a Senior SAP Functional Analyst with strong expertise in
SD and CS
to support several transformation initiatives across billing, revenue, logistics and financial flows. You will operate in a complex S/4HANA environment, working across process analysis, configuration, integrations and documentation. The role requires deep functional ownership of the Order-to-Cash domain and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
* You analyse customer and business requirements and translate them into structured SAP designs.
* You configure SAP SD and CS within an S/4HANA environment and validate end-to-end flows.
* You optimise OTC business processes and document flows in the broader "receivables" domain.
* You prepare functional analysis for integrations, including IDoc, business APIs and Integration Suite.
* You support Fiori configuration (spaces, pages, authorisations) for operational teams.
* You contribute to billing, finance and logistics dependencies and assess functional impacts.
* You support BI reporting requirements linked to SD/CS processes.
* You analyse and support debugging activities within SAP.
* You produce clear, complete documentation and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
What are we looking for?
* You have
5+ years of experience
as a functional analyst working on business-critical applications.
* You configure
SAP SD
in an
S/4HANA
environment, including pricing, billing and invoicing flows.
* You analyse needs and optimise business processes using
SAP SD and SAP CS
.
* You demonstrate strong functional and technical understanding of the
Order-to-Cash
domain and its links to
FI/CO/FM, MM and PM
.
* You document business processes clearly within the broader
receivables domain
.
* You prepare integration analysis work and understand
IDoc, BAPI and Integration Suite
behaviour.
* You collaborate confidently in technical environments and challenge proposed solutions.
* You work autonomously, with strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver clear documentation.
* You are fluent in Dutch at CEFR level C2.
Nice-to-Have Skills
* SAP CS configuration (billing and service flows).
* SAP Fiori configuration (spaces, pages, authorisation concepts).
* Preparatory analysis work for BI reporting.
* Debugging experience within SAP.
* Basic knowledge of
SAP ABAP
.
* Analysis work for integrations linked to SAP and external systems.
* Experience with UML or OO design concepts.
* Experience with data and process modelling tools.
