Job Description
As the BU Manager Belgium, you will have
end-to-end responsibility
for the Belgian market. You will
manage the P&L, lead and develop the team, and oversee operations while driving commercial success
. You bridge strategy and execution by driving growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and embedding best practices in logistics and operations while introducing the tools and processes needed to scale and improve efficiency. You are both a
strategic thinker
and a
pragmatic doer
.
Key Responsibilities:
Management & Process Excellence
* Take full responsibility for the Belgian business unit's P&L.
* Standardize processes, introduce new tools, and embed ways of working that enable growth and efficiency.
* Define, implement, and monitor the local strategy in line with Woosh's international ambitions.
People & HR
* Lead, coach, and inspire the Belgian team.
* Oversee recruitment, development, and payroll administration.
* Build a positive, performance-driven culture.
Operations & Purchasing
* Together with the Supply Chain Manager and Customer Service team, lead and optimize Woosh's end-to-end reverse logistics operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality diaper delivery and collection.
* Collaborate with the team to implement best practices, drive continuous improvement, and introduce innovations in logistics and processes.
* Oversee purchasing, stock management and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
* Manage relationships and commercial agreements with strategic operational partners
Commercial & Account Management
* Steer the commercial team, drive sales growth and manage relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Take the lead in tenders, large accounts, and pricing strategies.
* Ensure customer satisfaction, strengthen partnerships, and actively limit churn.
Skills and Expertise
* Proven track record in general management, P&L responsibility, and team leadership.
* Strong operational background, experience in transport and logistics is a plus.
* Commercial feeling, experience with tenders, large account management, and pricing strategies.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
