Job description
Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for ICT and physical security? Can you organize and successfully deliver complex projects while ensuring satisfied customers and a safe working environment? If so, we are looking for you!
As a Senior Project Leader, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the ICT and security sectors. You will work closely with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, and oversee the quality, scope, timeline, and budgets of your projects.
Your Responsibilities
Handover from Sales/Pre-Sales
* Validate and check for a complete and accurate order.
* Ensure a clear handover of the project to the execution phase.
Project Planning
* Create a detailed project plan and document it in supporting systems.
* Agree on project methodologies and timelines with the client.
Project Execution
* Regularly follow up on projects, both internally and externally.
* Order necessary equipment and services.
* Manage project safety (HSE plans, work inspections, toolbox meetings).
* Conduct risk management and financial updates.
* Clearly handle escalations and change management when needed.
* Take care of the initial invoicing.
Handover to Customer Success Management (CSM) and Operations
* Document the project completion in consultation with the client.
* Deliver as-built documentation and organize a handover session.
Customer Satisfaction
* Organize a project completion meeting with the client.
* Record customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ICT and physical security.
* Education Level: Technical Engineer, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent through experience.
* Language Skills: Dutch/French with a working knowledge of English.
* Software Proficiency: Familiarity with standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
* Certifications: Certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2 Foundation, or PMI are a plus.
* Core Skills:
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Strong in time management and risk control.
* Commercial insight with the ability to take responsibility.
* Personal Traits:
* Flexible, autonomous, and resilient under stress.
* Customer-focused and a team player.
* Decisive and willing to take ownership.
