Senior support administrator

Looking for a dynamic and highly organized individual to support multiple Partners in our Consulting department. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional administrative assistance, allowing the Partners to focus on business aspects while ensuring operational and administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine finance support responsibilities with administrative tasks, similar to those of a Personal Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support, including creating new clients in our system, assisting with contract preparation, submitting timesheets and expense notes, and monitoring hours and expenses.


Main Responsibilities:

* Create new clients in our system
* Assist with the preparation of contracts and client proposals using existing templates
* Support with submitting timesheets and expense notes
* Monitor hours and expenses

In addition to these tasks, the successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting project follow-up from start to finish, including data entry, contract management, budget preparation, and invoice processing.


Administrative Tasks:

* Manage Partner's agenda and email
* Arrange travel and accommodation for business trips
* Organize internal and external meetings
* Act as a backup to other management assistants in the team

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience working in a similar support role. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.


Key Qualifications:

* Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
* Experience (3 – 10 years) in a similar support role
* Fluency in English
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
