As an IT Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading projects of varying complexity, adapting to changes and instabilities in project management processes and frameworks.
2. Developing and maintaining detailed project plans and forecasts, including resource allocation, costs, and dependencies.
3. Handling risk, issue, and change control processes, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and tracking action items.
4. Supervising progress, quality, planning, and budget, reporting to senior management and partners.
5. Handling virtual teams across different divisions and entities, including third-party suppliers.
6. Ensuring projects adhere to Euroclear's internal standards and methodologies.
7. Leading improvement initiatives and acting as the primary interface between project sponsors/clients and IT services.
Profile
Essential Qualifications:
8. Proven experience in managing end-to-end IT functional projects exceeding 2000 man-days.
9. Virtual team coordination, preferably within the Financial/Banking sector.
10. Extensive experience as a Project Manager in IT.
11. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

12. Strong leadership skills adaptable to various partners and situations.
13. Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, coupled with the ability to learn quickly and synthesize complex information.
14. Effective negotiation, conflict management, and influencing skills.
15. Proficiency in task delegation while maintaining overall control and driving tasks to completion.
16. Provide constructive feedback that leads to positive change.
Assets:
17. Following Agile methodologies on mainframe platforms.
18. Knowledge of Settlement/Banking domains.
19. Experience with outsourcing partners and cross-platform implementation.
20. Distributed expertise alongside mainframe specialization.
21. Certification in PRINCE2 and/or PMI, or similar IT frameworks.
