Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist

An exciting opportunity to join our team as an Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist, where you will play a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and departure processes of new employees.

Responsibilities:

* Recruitment: Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job postings, pre-selecting applications, organizing interviews, and verifying references.
* Onboarding: Organize the seamless onboarding of new employees, preparing administrative files, conducting welcome sessions, and monitoring hiring formalities.
* Departures: Support employee departures by preparing exit documents and conducting exit interviews.
* HR Administration: Ensure the accurate and compliant management of personnel files in the HR management system.

Skills Development Specialist

As a Skills Development Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistical and administrative organization of training sessions and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

* Training Coordination: Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of training sessions and workshops.
* PDP Monitoring: Participate in the monitoring of the implementation of Personal Development Plans (PDP).
* Training Records: Maintain accurate records of training activities and monitor professional development actions.

Payroll Support Specialist

The Payroll Support Specialist will be responsible for participating in the collection, verification, and transmission of payroll variable elements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Payroll Support: Participate in the accurate and timely processing of payroll variable elements.
* Payroll Inquiries: Answer employee questions regarding payroll, social benefits, and compensation policy.
* Payroll Compliance: Maintain accurate and compliant payroll records in a multi-country environment.

Employee Relations Specialist

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide a first level of response to employee inquiries and contribute to addressing first-level HR issues.

Key Responsibilities:

* Employee Support: Provide a first level of response to employee inquiries.
* HR Issues: Contribute to addressing first-level HR issues in collaboration with the Senior HR Manager.
* HR Policies: Participate in the application and updating of HR policies and procedures.

HR Administration Specialist

The HR Administration Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and compliant management of HR databases and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

* HR Database Management: Ensure the accurate and compliant management of HR databases and tools.
* HR Reports: Prepare HR reports and statistics in line with the needs of the management.
* Internal Events: Contribute to the organization of internal HR events (seminars, team building, etc.).

Required Profile:

* Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, Management, or Business Administration.
* Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR fundamentals (recruitment, personnel administration, training, payroll). Knowledge of applicable social regulations is also required.
* Languages: Excellent proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional level in French and English. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
