Our Global Web Analytics team is on a mission to provide world-class analytics services for the bigger Etex digital community operating in more than 40 countries. We strive for excellence all the way from data collection, data modelling to delivering insights and realizing the value of data.
We are looking for a passionate Digital Analyst to join our Web Analytics team. It is an exciting opportunity to work with large-scale analytics solutions; and using which to uncover customer, product, and operational insights. In this role you will contribute to team’s effort by creating/maintaining dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. You will also be able to work with different types of data, be it quantitative or qualitative to uncover opportunities and derive recommendations for improvements.

Stakeholder Satisfaction :
1. Manage service requests and ensure fulfilment within specified SLAs
2. Monitor the effectiveness of analytics implementation strategies
3. Ensure stakeholders are well-informed of implementation progress and manage expectations.
4. Promote digital analytics across the company
5. KPI : number of fulfilled service requests + Internal Survey
Collaboration and Communication
6. Be able to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.
7. Keeping teammates informed through team stand-ups and meetings.
8. Align own work with team through collaborative workplace tools.
Quality of Analytics :
9. Translate Business Requirements in technical specifications for the tagging by understanding the business needs.
10. Prepare tracking requirements that represents business needs and to be implemented by our IT department
11. Be able to explain technical topics to IT & Business colleagues
12. Monitor and test data collection is implemented as per specification
13. Report any data quality issues to teammates; and accuracy in tracking in GA4/PowerBI
Our ideal teammate should ideally have:
14. Experience with using any web analytics solution ( Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics ..)
15. Experience with of any web tagging management solution like Google Tag Manager.
16. Experience with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio (ability to create dashboards).
17. Knowledge of Data Modelling (data ingestion in a data leek)
18. Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus
19. Strong analytical skills with affinity of data analysis (statistical methods is considered as a plus).
20. Be perfectionist and detailed oriented
21. Customer focus mindset – always make it easy and user friendly for the customers
22. Ability to work independently and cohesively as a team player
23. Proactive communicator, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
24. Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a similar role.
