Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced PEGA Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Pega Sales Automation (PSA) solutions for clients in the banking and financial services sector. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, ensuring compliance with Pega guardrails, and guiding development teams through complex PSA implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the technical architecture and solution design of Pega Sales Automation projects.
* Collaborate with business architects and stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable and compliant Pega solutions.
* Lead the design of sales process workflows, lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer onboarding journeys in PSA.
* Define integration strategies with core banking systems, CRMs, and data platforms.
* Guide the team in applying Pega best practices, guardrails, and performance optimization.
* Conduct code reviews, LSA validations, and performance audits.
* Mentor and coach junior SSAs and developers in the project.
* Provide effort estimation and technical feasibility for enhancements and new modules.
Required Skills:
* Pega CLSA certified (mandatory).
* Strong experience with Pega Sales Automation, preferably version 24.xx
* Proven implementation experience in banking/financial services, ideally with corporate or retail banking sales journeys.
* Expertise in integrating Pega with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, and other middleware.
* Strong knowledge of Pega data modeling, case management, and rules-based automation.
* Experience in Pega Customer Service, Pega CDH or decisioning is a plus.
