* You create brands that stick out. You know how to craft visuals and systems that make people stop, feel, and remember. Whether it's a bold refresh, a full identity overhaul, or a ground-up creation.
* You don't just design, you steer the ship. You're comfortable running brand strategy workshops, distilling positioning, and making sure every design choice ladders up to the right audience, industry, and business goals.
* You balance speed with brilliance. You know when "fast & good enough" gets the job done, and when to sweat the details for pixel-perfect, timeless work.
* You bring ideas to life. You know how to make concepts tangible with mockups, interactive prototypes and websites.
* You geek out on storytelling & know how to adapt formats for each channel, shape powerful narratives, and surprise audiences with innovative creative angles.
* Your brands know how to live in a digital world. Whether it's in social media ads or websites, you know which channels to leverage and how to execute your brand in every channel.
* You don't just trust your gut, you test it. From A/B testing brand assets to experimenting with different messagings, you use data to prove, refine, and scale your creative choices.
* You've got a razor-sharp eye. Consistency, cohesion, and craft are non-negotiable. You ensure every touchpoint feels on-brand and high-impact.
* You love pushing creative boundaries with new tech. AI, AR, interactive media. If it helps create impact and delight, you're already experimenting with it.
* You have basic video/motion skills to turn good ads into great ones by adding that extra spark of engagement.


Background we're looking for

* Several years of hands-on design and brand-building experience (agency, startup, or freelance).
* A strong portfolio of brand identities, campaigns, and digital-first design work that shows both conceptual thinking and executional craft.
* Proven experience leading brand strategy processes (positioning, workshops, frameworks)—not just executing visuals.
* Familiarity with digital validation methods (A/B testing, user feedback loops, MVPs, campaign pilots) to ground your creativity in proof.
* Comfort with motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
* A curious, forward-looking mindset that tracks design trends, culture, and technology shifts to keep brands ahead of the curve.


Tools you love using

* Design & identity: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
* Motion & video: After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut (or similar)
* Collaboration & content: Miro, Notion, Slack, Trello/Jira
* Experimentation & validation: Google Optimize, Hotjar, Typeform, Looker Studio
* AI & new tech: MidJourney, Runway, Spline, ChatGPT (you're always testing what's next)
