Background we're looking for
* Several years of hands-on design and brand-building experience (agency, startup, or freelance).
* A strong portfolio of brand identities, campaigns, and digital-first design work that shows both conceptual thinking and executional craft.
* Proven experience leading brand strategy processes (positioning, workshops, frameworks)—not just executing visuals.
* Familiarity with digital validation methods (A/B testing, user feedback loops, MVPs, campaign pilots) to ground your creativity in proof.
* Comfort with motion design and video editing (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
* A curious, forward-looking mindset that tracks design trends, culture, and technology shifts to keep brands ahead of the curve.
