At Azumuta, we are looking for a senior product manager, which is all about connecting strategy, customers and execution. You start from where the company wants to go, develop a deep understanding of our manufacturing customers and translate that into clear priorities and outcome-driven direction.
This is the "do the work" part.
At the same time, product management itself is evolving.
AI-assisted work, faster feedback loops and tighter collaboration with engineering are reshaping how product decisions are made. You ensure we solve the right problems, today and as the shop floor evolves with AI, robotics and increasing autonomy. Not through buzzwords. Through practice.
This is the "do the work better" part.
What You'll Be Doing:
Translate strategy into clear product direction
Own product trade-offs and stand by decisions
Stay close to engineers, product owners, and customers
Ensure delivery is governed by outcomes, not output
Evolve how product work is done using AI and modern tools
You will regularly think through questions like:
How do agents participate in planning, execution, and decision-making?
If humanoids start executing work instructions, how should Azumuta be used?
You'd Be a Great Fit If You…
Have proven experience owning real product decisions
Stay close to delivery, not just planning
Actively use modern tools, including AI, to increase leverage
Are comfortable operating under uncertainty
Have an outcome-driven mindset
Manufacturing or industrial software experience is a plus — not a checkbox
This role is not about maintaining a roadmap.
It's about ensuring the right problems get solved, in the right way, at the right time.
