KYC/AML Analyst – Global Business Law Firm – Based in Brussels, EU HubA leading global full-service business law firm is seeking a KYC/AML Analyst to join its Brussels office, ideally positioned at the heart of the European Union’s political and regulatory landscape. You'll be part of a team of six analysts of the Compliance team across Europe and the Middle East, you will report to the Senior Regional Manager and assist partners and fee-earners in the Brussels office.Responsibilities:Conduct client due diligence (CDD) and perform anti-money laundering (AML) checks in line with internal policies and EU regulations.Monitor client risk profiles, maintain high-risk client and PEP registers.Draft risk assessments and reports to support internal client acceptance procedures.Liaise with the accounts and billing teams to support transactional investigations.Ensure compliance with onboarding processes for new clients and matters handled by the Brussels office.Support audits, internal training, and regulatory reporting tasks.Investigate and escalate suspicious activities to the appropriate stakeholders, including MLROs.Profile Required:A significant experience in a KYC/AML role, ideally within an international law firm ( 2 years would be minimum).Fluent English (spoken and written); knowledge of French or Dutch is an asset.Familiarity with reporting procedures to MLROs and a solid understanding of AML regulations in the EU.Certified Anti Money Laundering qualification desirable (ACAMS/ICA etc.) is a plus.Salary & Benefits :From 45k€ per yearAnnual bonuses based on performance20 holidays per year + 5 extra legal days of annual leave - per year2 days of WFH per weekDKV health insurance firm and AXA life insurance and retirement planLuncheon vouchers (EUR 8/day)EUR 50 allowance per child per monthEmployee Assistance Program (via Workplace Options)Family Forming Program (via Carrot Fertility)Transportation cost reimbursement (100%)Please send (or apply) with your CV in English to t.perriaux@eurolondon.comPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
