As a Night Receptionist & F&B Attendant, you enjoy the calm of the night and work independently. You're comfortable multitasking and flexible in your duties. Whether you're tidying up the Lobby area, preparing the next day's reports, checking a room, or assisting a guest, you ensure everything runs smoothly and guests feel welcome. You work with attention to detail, handle administrative tasks, and help maintain the safety of the hotel. The work week will be split within the F&B & Events department, assisting with Bar & Restaurant service.
About The Role
Your Role
As a Night Receptionist & F&B Attendant, you welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to questions and complaints, and are the go-to person for everything that happens overnight. You ensure a smooth handover between shifts, maintain hotel safety, and take care of administrative tasks such as processing bank statements, checking the city ledger, and preparing revenue reports. You'll also assist with bar and restaurant service and help set up the breakfast buffet.
Your Profile
You're hospitable, flexible, and skilled at multitasking. With strong communication skills, you stay calm under pressure. You speak fluent Dutch and a second language, and you're digitally savvy. A degree in hotel management and experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
