We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our Antwerp team and inspire the next generation of students on their journey with EF. In this role, you’ll engage, screen, and advise prospective students considering our language and study programs abroad, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from their first inquiry through to booking.You’ll develop your sales and communication skills in a vibrant, truly international environment, working alongside colleagues who share your passion for education and growth.Your Responsibilities
1. Inspire and guide potential students and families through personal consultations and telemarketing
2. Qualify leads, present EF programs, and advise on the best study destinations
3. Achieve sales targets and follow up on leads to drive conversions
4. Manage student bookings and coordinate the enrollment process
5. Provide excellent customer service by proactively responding to inquiries
6. Assist with general administrative tasks
Your Profile
7. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
8. Fully fluent in French (speaking, reading, writing)
9. Dynamic, goal-driven, and a proactive self-starter
10. Sales-oriented and target-driven, with a customer-first mindset
11. Strong communicator with good organizational skills
12. Positive attitude, great team spirit, and willing to go the extra mile
13. Experience in sales, customer service, education, or travel is an advantage
14. International experience (study or work abroad) is a plus

Internship Details
20. This is a non-paid, full-time internship for three months, from March to May/June
21. EF covers transportation and meal expenses
