Job Overview
This role oversees the performance and processes of Tender, Quotes, and Contracts management across BeNeLux. The position is responsible for leading a team of 5 Pricing & Tender Coordinators, ensuring high-quality submissions, and identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of the Pricing & Tender team, monitoring performance, and initiating corrective actions as needed.
* Continuously identify and pursue opportunities for process improvement and harmonization within the team.
* Support EMEA Pricing & Tender initiatives, including implementation and change support on a local level.
* Collaborate with other tender teams across EMEA to share best practices and leverage knowledge locally.
* Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely and professional submission of quotes and tenders, adhering to legal requirements.
* Develop first-class relationships with business leaders, legal counsel, sales teams, and identify sales enhancement opportunities.
* Perform personnel management activities, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, salary management, and professional development.
* Support the review of terms, conditions, and quality submission of all tendering and contract documentation.
* Report to the Pricing & Tender Manager DACH + BeNeLux, with a connection to the Regional Customer Care Manager regarding strategic initiatives.
Requirements
* Several years' experience in public tendering and procurement in the healthcare sector, either from industry or health care.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to influence and communicate through different layers in the organization.
* Analytical skills and business mindset.
* Highly detailed, structured, and organized.
* Strong willingness to actively take on responsibility and positively guide your own team through change processes.
* Resilience and foresight, even in pressure situations, as well as the ability to manage internal and customer projects.
* Excellent Dutch, English skills, French is recommended.
