As an Experienced Packager, you are responsible for creating, maintaining, and deploying automated application packages for one of our clients.
You will actively participate in intake analysis, packaging, automation, and request follow-up processes.
Perform SHS intake : analyze requests, research existing applications, challenge requirements, and listen to user needs.
Participate in SHS meetings with other teams to validate intake points.
Ensure SHS follow-up : manage RITM and related tasks.
Create silent and automated installations for application sets, respecting packaging guidelines.
Manage Safenet / MCN imports and create/import applications in Intune.
Configure Application Groups or Task Sequences in SCCM.
Act as backup for urgent matters when the main packager is unavailable.
Deploy applications via SCCM (standalone or mass deployment) and maintain documentation.
Monitor deployments and manage RITM/tasks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 5 years of experience in packaging and deployment in Microsoft environments.
Languages: English (B1), French (B2), Dutch (B2).
