Job Title We are seeking a skilled IT professional to fill the role of MS365 Support Engineer. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and skills in Microsoft365 platform management, SharePoint administration, Exchange server maintenance, EntraID integration, and TOPdesk ticket management. Experience with IT Service Management Platforms is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft365, SharePoint, Exchange, and other related technologies. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues and improve the overall user experience. Key responsibilities include: Microsoft365 Platform Management: The ability to configure, deploy, and manage Microsoft365 services. SharePoint Administration: Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint sites, lists, and libraries. Exchange Server Maintenance: Knowledge of Exchange server setup, configuration, and troubleshooting. EntraID Integration: Experience in integrating EntraID with Microsoft365 services. TOPdesk Ticket Management: Ability to manage and resolve tickets efficiently using TOPdesk. Additional qualifications include: Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
