You will work as a MindCapture consultant for an international company in the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
* Drive business growth, market share and sales performance across a designated territory
* Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with customer and business objectives
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, including C suite contacts
* Deliver excellent customer relationship management, customer service and ongoing support
* Represent our client professionally and promote solutions across commercial, surgical and diagnostics environments
* Identify trends, opportunities and risks within key accounts and broader networks
* Negotiate contracts and secure favourable terms while maintaining profitability
* Lead complex cross functional projects at regional and international level
* Support team development through coaching, mentoring and proactive collaboration
* Travel extensively across the territory in line with business needs
Requirements:
* Strong experience in key account management or strategic account management within medical devices or diagnostics
* In depth understanding of healthcare industry regulations, customer environments and compliance standards
* Prior experience in an OR setting
* Proven success in sales execution, revenue growth and delivery against performance targets
* Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Strong strategic planning and business acumen
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Knowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement tools and office productivity software
* Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills
* Ability to lead by example and act as deputy to a sales manager when needed
* Valid driving licence
* Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
* Flexibility to travel on average 70 to 80 per cent of the time, typically four days per week
