We hebben een bewezen product en loyale klanten in de Benelux. Nu zoeken we een CEO die ons naar de volgende schaalfase brengt: SaaS-transitie, internationale groei en commerciële opschaling. Als CEO geef je richting aan de volgende groeifase. Je vertaalt visie naar uitvoering en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor strategie, commercie, techtransformatie en financiële resultaten. Je bouwt een resultaatgerichte cultuur en ontwikkelt leiders binnen het team.
Some of your duties include:
* Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de meerjarenstrategie: marktkeuzes, productroadmap en internationale ambities.
* P&L-eindverantwoordelijkheid: budgetten, forecasting en rendabiliteit.
* Commerciële acceleratie en verdere professionalisering van sales.
* Leiden van de SaaS-transitie: business case, fasering, pricing en go-to-market.
* Commerciële leiding: pipeline, key accounts, partnerships en schaalbare verkoopprocessen (Wallonië & buitenland).
* Technologie-sturing: bepalen van architectuurprioriteiten en selectie van junior- tot senior-techprofielen.
* Organisatieopbouw: werving, talentontwikkeling en performance-ritme voor een 20+ koppig team.
* Resourceplan en opleidingsprogramma voor upskilling van huidige FTE's.
* Governance, security en compliance borgen tijdens migratie en exploitatie.
* Vertegenwoordigen van Build-Software bij klanten, investeerders en sectororganisaties.
Your profile
* Aantoonbare eindverantwoordelijkheid in een software of techgedreven B2B-omgeving.
* Ervaring met het toekomstgericht hertekenen en opschalen van bestaande software-omgevingen.
* Sterke commerciële en financiële skills: je kan business cases, ROI en pricingmodellen onderbouwen.
* Technische geloofwaardigheid: je begrijpt .NET-ecosystemen, relationele DB's, API-architecturen en cloudomgevingen.
* People leader: ervaring in bouwen en coachen van high-performing teams. Je neemt mensen mee en bouwt draagvlak.
* No-nonsense aanpak: nuchtere en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
* Talen: vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
* Ervaring met budgettering van grote IT-investeringen en financieringsscenario's.
* Overtuigend en besluitvaardig op C-level.
* Financieel scherp, analytisch en risicobewust.
* Netwerker met toegang tot saleskanalen in de bouwsector.
