We are seeking an experienced Senior CRA to lead and manage oncology clinical trials in Belgium.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior CRA, you will take responsibility for end-to-end management of assigned protocols (typically 1–2 studies), acting as the main point of contact for sites and internal teams. You will ensure high-quality execution.
* Lead contract negotiation, Site Start-Up (SSU), site activation, monitoring, and study close-out
* Conduct on-site and remote monitoring visits (approximately 6–8 visits, flexible)
* Take full ownership of assigned oncology protocols, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements, and local regulations
* Mentor CRA I/II colleagues, sharing best practices and providing guidance on complex clinical and operational issues
* Collaborate with Project Management, Regulatory, Clinical Operations, and other cross-functional teams
* Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve site or study issues
* Participate in site selection, feasibility assessments, and study start-up planning
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure continuous quality in study delivery
Therapeutic Area
* Oncology experience required
* Phase I / early-phase oncology study experience preferred, but not essential
Languages (Belgium)
* French, English, and Dutch required
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a CRA II or Senior CRA, preferably in oncology studies
* Strong study ownership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders independently
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable navigating complex oncology trials and driving study success
* Willingness to travel locally as required
