About the Opportunity
This commission-only role is ideal for entrepreneurial profiles with a strong sales background, who are eager to grow a business from scratch. You will identify new opportunities and define the best pricing approach for the Belgian market.
Your Mission:
Identify new opportunities in Belgium's recruitment industry and develop strategies to adapt our go-to-market plan effectively.
Introduce skeeled to new clients and drive local sales by building trust-based relationships with HR and recruitment professionals.
Provide onboarding support for signed clients when needed and share insights and feedback on local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Possess proven sales experience (ideally in B2B or software sales).
Work independently as an entrepreneur with a self-starter mindset.
The ability to speak Dutch and/or French is a bonus point. Knowledge of HR/recruitment processes and background in SaaS or tech environments is also advantageous.
Benefits:
This role offers high earning potential through a commission-only structure. The annual licence value ranges from €10,000 to €12,000.
The contractor status allows you to work remotely from anywhere in Belgium, providing flexibility and autonomy.
