Responsibilities
In this pivotal position, you will guide the technical direction and quality of modern workplace solutions. You will act as a technical reference for complex challenges, support design decisions, and collaborate hands‑on when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading the technical aspects of modern workplace solutions.
Contributing to the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
Serving as a point of contact for intricate incidents, changes, and improvement initiatives.
Coaching team members on technical queries and best practices.
Ensuring the stability and security of the digital workplace.
Developing technical standards and guidelines.
Integrating solutions with existing IT services.
Supporting hybrid work models from a technological standpoint.
Actively contributing to projects with technical insights and designs.
Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Staying updated on technology trends within the modern workplace.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of technical and leadership skills, specifically in the following areas:
5+ years of experience in IT architecture or as a technology lead in complex IT environments.
15+ years of hands‑on experience in designing and developing digital workplace solutions.
15+ years of practical experience with Microsoft 365 workloads, including Office 365 and collaboration services.
5+ years of experience with cloud concepts (such as Azure) and cybersecurity basics.
A minimum of 3 years supporting hybrid or remote working practices.
Experience in project‑driven environments, contributing to technical choices and implementations.
