WHO IS CA AUTO BANK
CA Auto Bank is a universal bank, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, operating as an independent multibrand player in vehicle financing and leasing and mobility sectors.
We are a fully digital bank that provides a comprehensive offering of finance and mobility products, as well as insurance services. The credit, leasing, rental and mobility financing programs provided by CA Auto Bank are designed specifically for sales networks, private customers and corporate fleets. CA Auto Bank is present in 18 European countries and in Morocco, either directly or through branches.

MISSION
The Zone Manager is primarily responsible for the achievement of commercial targets (e.g., volumes and penetration rate), dealer service, new business profitability levels in his area.
We are looking for one Zone Sales Manager with a focus to support Flanders areas: Flemish Brabant & East Flanders (postcodes 1500-1999 // 3000-3499 // 9000-9999).

POSITION
The Zone Manager reports directly to the Marketing & Sales Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Guarantee sales of financial products and services regarding all the business lines to achieve commercial targets and profitability;
Implement the strategic and operational marketing action plans, trough dealer network concerning both new and current products and services;
Define and manage sales planning, tracking performance and identifying possible corrective actions;
Define and manage agreements with dealers, including incentive and dealer commissions;
Monitor level of services provided to ensure dealer network maximum levels of services.

REQUIREMENTS
You have a passion for the automotive sector, and you can submit a successful experience in the management of distribution channels, preferably in the automotive sector;
Higher education or equivalent experience, with knowledge of financial services and/or automotive products is a strong asset;
You are an excellent commercial negotiator; you are results driven and you are strong in time management;
You have a strong ability to persuade, and you are an excellent communicator;
Good knowledge of MS Office and of Excel;
You have strong commercial skills and additionally you have solid sales, analytic and synthesis skills. You have a strong affinity with figures;
Very good knowledge of Dutch, good command of English, understanding of French.
