Business Analyst (GenAI Project) – Brussels
A leading financial services organisation in Brussels are looking for a Business Analyst to join their Assisted Channels department for a freelance mission focused on GenAI-based conversation summarisation and quality assurance.
The client is launching an initiative aimed at improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by using Generative AI to analyse and assess call-centre interactions. This project supports their customer service coaching and quality improvement goals through the use of GCP and Vertex AI technologies.
They are seeking a Business Analyst to help define the scope, success criteria, and governance of the Proof of Value (PoV), working closely with both business and technical teams.
Role:
* Refine and document the scope, objectives, and success metrics for the GenAI PoV.
* Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for GCP/Vertex AI implementation.
* Support risk management processes related to data handling, internal controls, and GenAI compliance.
* Collaborate with data engineers and architects on data pipeline setup and schema design.
* Contribute to data gathering, transformation, and validation tasks.
* Assist in model validation alongside business stakeholders.
* Help build dashboards and reporting tools to visualise model performance and quality metrics.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
* Experience with GenAI chatbot or summarisation projects.
* Hands-on knowledge of GCP, Vertex AI
* Familiarity with risk and governance processes in regulated environments.
* Excellent communication and documentation skills.
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
