Context
You will join a small, hands-on IT team in Antwerp and act as a key interface between the local organization and the Puig Group.
This is a high-visibility role combining:

Role
Reporting to: Enterprise Applications Leader (Puig Group)
As IT Business Application Manager, you are responsible for the management, evolution, and performance of key business applications, with a focus on ERP and PLM systems. You ensure that business needs are translated into scalable IT solutions, aligned with the global technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Application Ownership
* Manage and optimize the application landscape (including ERP and PLM)
* Ensure performance, scalability, and consistency
Business Partnering
* Act as a key partner for business stakeholders
* Translate business requirements into IT solutions
* Coordinate with local and group-level stakeholders
Projects and Transformation
* Contribute to ERP implementation and system rollouts
* Support business analysis and solution design
* Coordinate enhancements and integrations
Support and Operations
* Act as L2 point of contact for application-related issues
* Oversee external partners and ensure service quality
* Maintain system documentation
Vendor Management and Governance
* Manage relationships with vendors and service providers
* Support budgeting and governance processes
Profile
* Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
* Experience with application management and/or ERP environments
* Background in IT Business Analysis, Functional Analysis, or IT Project environments
* Understanding of integrations (EDI is a plus)
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset
* Fluent in English (Dutch is not required)
Experience with PLM (Centric) or ERP systems such as Cegid ORLI is considered a plus, but not mandatory.
