This is a hands-on role for someone who believes safety is driven through site presence, workforce engagement and strong leadership. You'll spend your time on site working closely with construction teams, subcontractors and the project team to ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all site-based EHS activities across the project.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through daily engagement with the workforce.
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations.
- Review RAMS, permits and high-risk activities.
- Support construction teams with safe planning and execution of works.
- Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
- Monitor subcontractor safety performance.
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings and training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with client, project and statutory requirements.
About You
- Previous experience as an EHS Manager or Senior EHS Advisor on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practice.
- Experience within Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical or Mission Critical environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence site teams at all levels.
- Passionate about driving safety standards through visible leadership.
