Your role
Within the business area Power Technique, we use applications for supporting our business globally. These applications cover areas such as eCommerce, Customer Relationship Management, Product Information Management, Marketing automation and Custom build applications.
We are looking for a specialist to strengthen our current team with a focus on 3rd line customer center support for our CX portfolio, who is also responsible for improving and implementing customer experience solutions. You are part of our support and development team where your deep insight into the application itself and the wider environment it operates in allows you to solve the problem yourself. You will contribute to creating seamless and user-friendly experiences for our customers. Your role will involve developing and maintaining web applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring high-quality user interactions.
The 3rd Line IT Support will report to the IT Team Lead CX – Sales & Marketing Applications in the Power Technique IT team.

* Initial experience with designing or developing cloud applications.
* A strong interest in the improvement and automation of current processes, working methods and have a mindset to think towards a zero-support model.
* .NET software development skills and Azure experience is needed to be successful in this position.
* Flexibility is a must since you will usually work in Aartselaar during standard working hours, but travel to other locations and work outside standard working hours can be possible when needed.
* You have a very good knowledge of English.
* Experience with SAP CX especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud (C4C) applications or REST API´s is considered a plus.

We are part of PT-IT (Power Technique - Information Technology), which delivers services to the Power Technique (PT) business area of Atlas Copco. The department operates from the Power Technique (PT) headquarters located in Antwerp, Belgium. PT-IT was founded in 2016 and employs about +90 people.
