As an Operations Manager within our Talent Services business unit, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence across the organization. You will act as the link between teams, streamline collaboration, and help shape strategic decision-making through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Efficiency
* Ensure the smooth and efficient running of daily operations by identifying friction points and implementing smarter, scalable solutions.
* Analyze, optimize, and refine processes and tooling in collaboration with the Operational Excellence team.
* Audit existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Monitor financial performance, including P&L, benchmarks, and margins.
Data, Reporting & Strategic Insights
* Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support informed business decisions.
* Translate operational data into actionable insights for leadership teams.
* Prepare reporting and budgeting data for both local and global stakeholders.
* Support strategic planning through accurate forecasting and performance analysis.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Support
* Support Project Managers on staffing-impacting projects, ensuring the right resources and budgets are aligned with business priorities.
* Lead the “supop” team and guide teams through operational transitions and change initiatives.
* Drive coordination across strike zones and ensure effective follow-up on cross-team requests.
* Foster collaboration, accountability, and operational consistency across teams.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Proven experience in operations management, preferably within talent delivery, staffing, or talent solutions environments.
Leadership: Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Analytical Mindset: Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Communication: Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of trends, best practices, and compliance requirements within the talent solutions industry.
