Business Application Expert Act as the functional expert for warehouse and fulfilment systems within the Group Supply Chain organization. · Support the implementation of Manhattan Active WMS, including functional analysis, testing, configuration support, and user adoption. · Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system requirements. · Define and document WMS KPI specifications in alignment with operational and management needs. · Prepare and maintain training materials, documentation, SOPs, procedures, and task instructions. · Work closely with supply chain, operations, IT, and key users to ensure process consistency and solution adoption. · Support reporting needs and contribute to dashboard design, with Power BI as a strong asset. · Promote best practices and ensure alignment with Medimarket Group logistics standards. · Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse and fulfilment performance.
