* Participating in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented design.
* Experience with backend frameworks like Spring or similar.
* Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and modern development tools.
* Exposure to—or interest in—desktop GUI development using Swing.
* Git-savvy and comfortable in a collaborative, agile environment.
