Job Title: SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Functional Consultant

I am supporting a company in Belgium who are looking for an experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Functional Consultant to deliver implementation and support across core SAP HCM modules. The role involves end-to-end project participation, requirements analysis, documentation, and ensuring effective data migration. Strong functional expertise, clear communication, and a structured approach to delivery are essential. Exposure to S/4HANA and H4S4 is considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM modules, including Organisational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), Time Management, and Payroll.
* Contribute to multiple SAP HCM initiatives, including at least two full lifecycle implementations and ongoing support engagements.
* Work collaboratively within a mixed onshore/offshore delivery environment alongside technical and business stakeholders.
* Produce high-quality project documentation such as configuration documents, functional specifications, user guides, and test scripts.
* Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and oversee their successful delivery.
* Support and execute data migration activities using appropriate SAP tools and methodologies.
* Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues and improve HR business processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum of 4 years’ hands‑on experience with SAP HCM, covering both implementation and support.
* Strong functional knowledge across OM, PA, Time Management, and Payroll.
* Proven experience supporting data migration activities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on documentation.
* Comfortable working in a collaborative, client‑facing project environment.
* Familiarity with S/4HANA and H4S4 capabilities is nice to have.
