Role Overview

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead global growth initiatives in the life sciences sector. This role focuses on expanding market presence, securing partnerships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute business strategies with senior leadership.
* Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
* Lead deal negotiations and manage partner agreements.
* Support product launches and partner onboarding.
* Monitor performance, report KPIs, and adjust plans as needed.
* Represent the company at international events.
* Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure compliant sales.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts to support supply chain planning.

Your Profile

* Degree in business, marketing, science, or related field.
* 10+ years in business development, preferably in life sciences.
* Proven success in deal-making and revenue growth.
* Strong account management and strategic thinking.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Able to manage multiple projects independently.
