About the Role
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations—driving quality standards across advanced automated machinery used in drone manufacturing. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, production, suppliers, and clients to ensure our products meet the highest performance and reliability standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality assurance and control processes across automation and machinery production lines
Manage and prepare client and supplier quality reports, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement
Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory standards
Own and maintain ISO standards compliance (e.g., ISO 9001 and related frameworks)
Handle customer complaints, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and optimize processes
Drive supplier quality management, including evaluations, audits, and performance tracking
Champion a continuous improvement culture using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
Support new product introductions (NPI) with robust quality planning (APQP, PPAP where applicable)
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in Quality Engineering within automation, machinery, engineering, or similar industries
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
Hands-on experience with customer complaint resolution and stakeholder communication
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes
Experience working closely with production environments and cross-functional teams
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, etc.)
Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with both clients and suppliers
