We are currently looking for a Qualification–Validation Engineer to support one of our pharmaceutical partners in the Walloon Brabant in Belgium. Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will contribute to qualification and validation activities within a biologics or drug‑substance production environment. Your scope will include:
* Executing routine qualification & validation activities according to internal procedures and GMP standards
* Supporting the qualification of small‑scale equipment and utilities
* Managing parameter adaptations, ensuring alignment with process needs
* Contributing to building, equipment, and production‑related validation activities
* Conducting periodic reviews and maintaining documentation accuracy
* Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and supporting project activities depending on your integration and development.
Your Profile
* You have proven experience in pharmaceutical qualification & validation
* You have a solid understanding of GMP requirements, validation strategies, and compliance expectations
* You are able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
* You are fluent in French, and at least basic–intermediate in English
* You are an organized person, reliable, and able to balance several activities in parallel
* And strong adaptability and team spirit
* A first experience in biological / biotech manufacturing environments is a real plus
* Familiarity with equipment such as vessels, bioreactors, and transfer lines represents also a plus.
