The Challenge
We're looking for a part-time Freelance Recruitment Operations Specialist (1-6 months mission, starting ASAP) to support our HR & Finance Team by keeping our hiring processes running smoothly and ensuring candidates and managers stay aligned.
In this role, you will provide hands-on support with HR screening, candidate communication, and recruitment workflow coordination.
You will be the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during this period, helping us maintain a seamless, well-organized, and positive recruitment experience.
The Day-to-Day
* Conduct initial HR screenings and assess candidate fit.
* Act as the primary point of contact for candidates during the recruitment process.
* Coordinate closely with hiring managers to keep interview steps and moving quickly.
* Organize interview loops, scheduling, feedback collection, and pipeline updates.
* Maintain clear reporting and visibility on hiring progress.
* Ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience from first touchpoint to final decision.
The Must Haves
* At least 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house in tech or scale-up environment).
* Native in French and fluent in English.
* Strong operational mindset and ability to quickly take ownership of processes.
* Experience coordinating full recruitment processes.
* Excellent communication and organization skills.
* Availability for 1-2 days/ week, starting ASAP, for 1-3 months.
What This Role Is Not
* It's not a strategic Recruitment role.
* It's not a position involving employer branding, sourcing strategy, or workforce planning.
* It's not a full-time role : the scope is designed for 1-2 days / week during a short-time period (1-3 months).
