We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Expert to join our team and provide exceptional onsite support to our clients.
The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, responding promptly to service desk inquiries, and ensuring timely communication with users regarding their issue status.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including hands-on experience with device management, password resets, and account unlocks.
A solid understanding of enterprise network technologies, including Windows 11, MACs, SCCM, Intune, Jamfpro, VPN/Wifi/IP/DNS, and more, is required.
