Job Description:
* Coordinates logistics aspects of T&E within his/her country (finds ad book the venue, distributes audiovisual materials, finds the best suppliers for audiovisual material, catering, prepares communication material : invitations, flyers)
* Designs flyers and brochures for Nobel Biocare education programs following Nobel Biocare branding template and requirements
* Is the contact person for local speaker's regarding functional aspects (audio visual requirements, hotel booking…)
* Prepares and oversees logistic aspects at regional events and congresses
* Collect course evaluation and keeps track of sales team reporting and delivers reporting and delivers reporting to the respective T&E Manager.
* Keeps track of speaker evaluation
* Follow up and reports the outcomes of Nobel Biocare courses
* Job is based in Mechelen near the station.
* Proposes ways to attract participants to our T&E programs to the T&E Manager
