A client of ours is running an end-to-end regulatory capital aftercare program following the implementation of Basel IV (CRR3).
They are looking for an expert Business Analyst to co-drive a regulatory capital program in close collaboration with Finance, Risk, Business, Data, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Co-lead a regulatory capital program focused on Risk Weighted Assets (RWA).
* Perform functional, regulatory, and process analysis across the end-to-end capital chain and propose optimization and advisory input.
* Coordinate multiple sub-projects, ensuring alignment between Risk, Finance, Corporate Banking, Data, and IT teams.
* Translate complex regulatory, business, and risk requirements into functional specifications and implementation guidelines.
* Co-drive program governance activities, including planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, and reporting.
* Perform complex data analysis, including ad-hoc data extractions from Risk and Finance data sources to support RWA analyses.
* Contribute to data quality assessments and remediation initiatives impacting regulatory capital calculations.
* Produce clear documentation supporting regulatory alignment and audit readiness.
Profile
* Strong and proven expertise in regulatory capital and RWA frameworks (CRR/CRD, Basel).
* Experience with CRR3 / Basel IV regulatory programs is a strong asset.
* Knowledge of BCBS 239 principles is considered a plus.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in the banking sector.
* Proven experience in complex business analysis and coordination or PMO roles on large regulatory initiatives.
* Solid understanding of Risk, Finance, and business processes.
* Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to perform data extractions and analyses using SQL or equivalent tools.
* Languages: ENG +FR/NL
