We are seeking a Business Manager to join our growing team in Belgium. This is a key role where you will drive business development, build strong client relationships, and lead teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities :
As a Business Manager at MCA Belgium, your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering and technology sectors.
2. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
3. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
4. Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
Team Management
5. Recruit, manage, and develop a team of consultants and engineers.
6. Ensure consultants are effectively deployed on projects that match their skills and career aspirations.
7. Provide coaching and mentoring to foster growth and professional development.
Project Oversight
8. Oversee the delivery of projects to ensure they meet client expectations, budgets, and deadlines.
9. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
10. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies.
Strategic Contribution
11. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
12. Analyze market trends and provide insights to shape MCA Belgium’s services and offerings.
13. Represent MCA Belgium at industry events, building the company's reputation as a trusted partner.
Required Qualifications :
14. Educational Background: A Master’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
15. Experience: At least 3-5 years in business management, consulting, or a related role, preferably within engineering or technology sectors.
16. Language Skills: Fluency in English and either French or Dutch is mandatory. Proficiency in both French and Dutch is a strong advantage.
17. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with engineering or technical consulting services is highly desirable.
