Mid August - September 2026Organise launch event of the Belgian AI Factory AntennaOther needs may pop up when the BE-AIFA is launched
Required knowledge and skillsYou have experience in organizing (technology) events of 200-300 peopleYou have experience in websites for technological (funded) projects/programs, targeting primarily the AI ecosystem in Flanders and BelgiumYour organizational skills are on point; you take initiative, you can plan and execute tasks in autonomous way, and adapt flexibly to changes. You call in help where needed.Fluent in English and Dutch
