Job description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Operator for our client in Westerlo. The company specializes in producing healthy ready meals, fresh salads, and convenient snacks, bringing quality and sustainability to our customers. This is a dayshift position.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely to produce high-quality food products.
+ Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
+ Troubleshoot minor issues to maintain smooth operations.
+ Ensure cleanliness and organization in the production area.
Job requirements
1. + Strong communication skills in English and/or Dutch (both spoken and written).
2. + Must have own transportation to the workplace.
3. + Affinity with the food.
