1. Create wireframes and prototypes
2. Conduct user research to understand user needs
3. Generation of user journeys, personas, user flows and service blueprints
4. Present your work in a clear and compelling way, defending design rationale
5. Work proactively with guidance from design peers
6. Gather requirements from the business
7. Balance business needs with user needs to solve problems
8. Make valuable contributions to brainstorms & workshops
9. Liaise with different teams and stakeholders
